Welcome.

I approach therapy as an interactive venture between client and therapist. To do this I create a warm, supportive, nurturing environment where I can offer support and offer useful feedback to help you resolve current problems, whether they be immediate and pressing or longer term struggles. With sensitivity and compassion I will collaborate with you to find solutions to a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, issues of fertility, motherhood and identity, and relationship concerns.  

I integrate elements from a variety of approaches and techniques to be most helpful to you.  Together, we will work to give you greater knowledge of yourself and insight into the ways in which you are working effectively and ineffectively. These patterns impact the way you feel, think about yourself, and relate to others.  We will use your deepened insight to build on your personal strengths and help you achieve your goals.

My office is a comfortable space within walking distance to Cameron Village at the corner of Oberlin Road and Bedford Avenue. 629 Oberlin Road is a few doors down from the US Post office on Oberlin towards Wade Avenue. Parking is always available behind the building.  I accept personal checks, cash, and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard).  I am accepting new clients and  I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation by phone.
